Ataway Announces its Participation in Oracle HCM World

Ataway is announcing its participation in this year’s Oracle HCM World. The event will be held April 5-7th in downtown Chicago. The Oracle event offers informative sessions, product roadmaps and leading industry discussion on Human Resources topics such as recruiting, workforce planning, on-boarding, compensation and more.

The event is designed specifically for HR practitioners looking to grow in their HR processes and maximize their Oracle application investments. 

The event will highlight real customer HCM implementation experiences and how organizations around the world are using Oracle’s HR applications to streamline business processes, cut costs and experience increased performance.

Another focus of the event will be on the new developments and modern HR functionality that Oracle applications offer organizations. One of those developments is the Oracle HCM Cloud platform. The event will highlight how organizations can transition some or all of their HCM environment to the cloud. Other functionality the event will highlight includes developments in PeopleSoft 9.2 such as enhanced analytic and reporting capabilities and mobility offered through the Fluid User Interface.

Ataway’s newest team member, Jill Strenzel, will be representing Ataway at the event. Strenzel, Ataway Vice President of Solution Delivery for the US, has been in the system development and deployment field for over 30 years, including experience working at Oracle. For over 22 years, Strenzel has delivered PeopleSoft solutions reaching over 75 countries across all major domains, including a focus specifically on HCM.

Jill will be meeting one-on-one with the Oracle team and customers to discuss HCM 9.2 best implementation practices and the new capabilities in the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
