Cocktail Fridays. Some of our offices organize cocktail parties each Friday. Cocktails on Fridays are a way to celebrate accomplishments during the week and promote new ideas. Employees are able to build relationships in a relaxed, casual setting. It is a unique opportunity for teams to share their experiences and learn from one another.

Fun. Some offices host events throughout the year for the employees, spouses, significant others and children to show appreciation for their support. Events may vary by office location, seasons and quarters, but the sentiment is the same: fun and family matter. The fun part is that even single people love it! We also organize worldwide contests during the year, where employees can share their knowledge and skills, and the winners are rewarded with a nice prize!!

Employee Growth

Ataway organizes training events in each office to support employee growth. Ataway fosters employee learning and supports them in earning their product certifications! The certifications provide employees with well-respected IT credentials that validate their expertise.

Employee Bootcamp
Ataway offers employees international training and cross-cultural networking opportunities. Employees around the globe have a chance to participate in the annual global Employee Bootcamp. The Bootcamp is an eight-day global training initiative, including several sessions on Ataway methodology, tools, templates and communication across cultures, lead by the company’s experienced consultants. The Bootcamp provides opportunities for attendees to apply the training each day through interactive exercises, such as use cases and mock projects.
