PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Update Image 20 introduces Fluid Approvals, allowing PeopleSoft users to submit or review approvals on the go from their mobile devices. Unlike the previous Fluid Approval release, the approvals are now completely configurable by the customer organization, allowing organizations to build in the necessary levels of control to track key business processes while meeting regulatory requirements. Customers can build their own approvals without resorting to a customization using the Page Composer. With the new Fluid Approval functionality, users can complete line level approvals, create or view a comment, see any attachments and see the ChartField and accounting information.

PeopleSoft Campus Solutions recently released PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) Image 4, offering students, faculty and staff the tools they need to access information on the go. Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM Image 4 offers users enhanced mobility with features and functionality in Fluid UI. With Fluid UI, users can access the application pages from a phone or desktop. With PUM Image 4, students can easily view their classes they are currently enrolled in, search for new classes or view classes in their shopping cart. Students can also drop classes due to conflicting schedules as well as view their Financial Aid information and make a payment. Here are the top 5 features of this latest image.

With PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll for North America Update Image 18, users can now update their state and federal tax withholding status online through withholding forms utilizing Adobe Acrobat Reader. Users can access their Tax Withholding information through the Payroll tile on the Fluid Employee Self Service homepage. Users can update information utilizing an updatable PDF. This information is then reconciled and automatically and directly updated in the PeopleSoft application. The PeopleSoft Online Withholding Forms save organizations valuable time and money, streamlining the tax withholding process without having to mail out the forms to employees or enter the information in manually.

PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Update Image 21 is out! Through the PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) in 9.2, PeopleSoft customers can receive new Finance features and functionality through a continuous delivery model and no longer need to undergo major upgrades in order to stay current. Through Selective Adoption, Finance users can choose only the changes they want, when they want. There are six key features that can streamline financials and lower organizations’ total cost of ownership in this newest PeopleSoft Update Image. These top six features include asset tracking enhancements, interface component standardization, mass transaction manager extensions, asset retirement obligations, Strategic Sourcing NOA and NOIA and amortization of expenses.
