PeopleSoft Workforce Availability in Fluid UI offers managers the tools they need to monitor, respond to and forecast employee time and attendance. The Workforce Availability feature offers three main benefits: the ability to monitor employee hours, react quickly and schedule another employee to work when an unexpected absence occurs and review past work weeks to view any trends that may need to be addressed moving forward. Managers can view all of this information while on the go, accessing the pages from a mobile device, tablet or desktop.

By using PeopleSoft’s Time and Labor Auto Enrollment, organizations can save their HR administration valuable time by automating the enrollment process.
