Supplier 360-degree view

In Image 10, PeopleSoft added a new Supplier 360 Degree view of all information related to a Supplier.

Supplier 360 provides comprehensive information of suppliers that allow users to access a single page all the information on a supplier. Now your users do not need to juggle between windows to get the supplier information as the Supplier 360 provides a one stop shop for all you needs. From that page the User can address tactical and strategic business issues and challenges. This page gives full visibility and oversight into spend, compliance and performance of your supplier. Users can personalize and share reports via the new PeopleSoft Configurable Analysis framework.

Users can review various metrics related to single or multiple suppliers. Based on the permission granted to users the supplier list will be populated. By selecting a supplier, the user will view the corresponding supplier information.

The Supplier 360 View displays several pagelets containing metrics, analytics, graphs, various transaction details, and pivot grids corresponding for the selected supplier. Supplier 360 Transaction Wheel is part of the View that connects the user to various transaction pages associated to a supplier. Access to the supplier list and supplier information depends on the user role and authorization.

 

The Supplier 360 provide you a visibility to dozens of supplier-specific data elements. You can Drag and Drop pagelets for individualized selection. User can even save views for personal use or sharing with public.

The Supplier 360, allow you to compare different supplier and measure their performance.

 

From the Supplier 360, you can also access the new Supplier Comparative Analysis tool and compare these elements across multiple Suppliers to help identify, for example, opportunities for new contracts or Suppliers that are underperforming.
